Ashley Contreras is a physical therapist with a special interest in vestibular and concussion recovery. She has a board certified neurologic clinical specialty and approaches rehab from a holistic approach. She has worked in multiple top rehabilitation settings from Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital in Boston to the neuro ICU at University of California Irvine CA. Ashley now resides in Connecticut and enjoys adjunct teaching at the University of Hartford within their DPT program. Ashley went on to found her company VIZSTIM, LLC which improves patient outcomes through at home visual and vestibular exercise kits and PT services. She enjoys traveling with her family, paddleboarding, reading, and learning.
